Vinyasa style flow~ describes a more physical practice with countless styles that have have sprung up over the years. Fun creative new transitions from one pose fluidly "flowing" to another synchronized by the breath; the breath initiates the movement and/or the movement initiates a breath. Classes are designed to inspire beginners, modifications are taught so seasoned practitioners and newer students alike can enjoy learning the importance of staying in the moment and exploring yoga from the inside out.
The level and sequence of the postures are in accordance with the energy of the class. Meditation and religious traditions kept personal.
